I founded QQ Organisation Development in 2025 to be able to offer my expert consulting support to individuals, teams and organisations who are committed to realising their full performance potential.

QQ embodies the fusion of Quantitative as well as Qualitative data to create fresh insights that inform decision-making conversations, leading to lasting change. Having spent close to three decades leading and supporting complex people related change efforts within FTSE Top 10 and high-growth global companies, I have learned the importance of bringing together objective facts and evidence to complement more subjective and intuitive data to help inform the development of effective people and organisational change strategies and approaches.

Having lived and worked internationally and led large teams over the years across a range of disciplines including Organisational Development, Change Management, Culture Change, Employee Engagement as well as People Data & Analytics, I am able to draw on this experience to offer help across a broad range of people and organisational matters from organisational integrations post M&A activity through to developing high performance cultures. Arguably even more important than what I know, I pride myself on my ability to hold my expertise lightly and take a very business-focussed, pragmatic approach to my consulting work. I work effectively at all levels of an organisation from the shopfloor to the C-Suite through my facilitative approach that builds trusting and psychologically safe relationships with all my stakeholders. I am naturally curious and inquisitive, and I pay particular attention to the quality of dialogue and conversations that take place between individuals and groups in organisations.​
